No Refunds - All Sales Are Final

All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. Please ensure you are satisfied with your purchase before completing the transaction.

14-Day Exchange for Damaged or Unusable Products

We offer a 14-day exchange policy if the product is damaged or in an unusable state upon delivery. Items eligible for exchange must be reported within 14 days of purchase and must be in their original packaging with proof of purchase.

Exchanges are subject to approval upon inspection.

Warranty for Purchases Over £5,000
All purchases over £5,000 come with a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, unless stated otherwise at the time of sale. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty claims.
