  • Missed Deliveries: If a delivery is missed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.
  • Lost or Stolen Packages: Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier, MK Jewellers is not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend selecting a delivery address where someone will be available to receive the package.
